Let people subscribe to changelog

People may want to follow company's progress. FeedBear's Changelog can be a way to send feature updates to users if a company doesn't do that by other means. Add the ability to toggle a "Subscribe to updates" box on the Changelog page. Logged in users would see a button, anonymous users would see an email input box.
